*Retired Navy Veteran, recent Empty Nesters looking to make use of upstairs "Apartment" style living space. There are 2 fully furnished rooms w one private shared bathroom. I pride myself w cleanliness and aesthetics. I appreciate a clean environment. The area has new carpet, fresh paint, meticulously decorated, TV, linens and Move-in-Ready w need only of clothes and personal items.
*Occupant will have access to kitchen, laundry room, back-yard/pool area and driveway spot for one vehicle. No street parking/RV parking permitted.
*Must like cats. No additional pets permitted. I've installed a removable barrier to separate cats from accessing upstairs area for privacy. Upstairs is pet free zone.
*Privacy for myself and occupant is of utmost importance. This is not a party house but rather a sanctuary to relax after a long day of work, travel, traffic, etc.
*Looking for mature, stable, drama free occupant seeking same.
*Internet is provided for specific number of devices. Additional internet needs will be occupant responsibility along w usage portion of utilities (water/electric).
