This is NOT the master bedroom. But you will have your own bathroom.
Month-to-month lease. Must be listed as an occupant on the lease (background check required). Background check will be conducted by the front office. They may perform a credit check, but I’ve been advised it’s not mandatory. No drug use, and do not inquire if you have a history of causing drama. Be respectful, clean, and peaceful. The room will be furnished by move-in. A new queen mattress is on the way, and a new queen-sized bed should be delivered within a week. Must be comfortable with a washer/dryer in the room. The apartment is located directly in front of the pool, barbecue pit, and mini lake. Marijauna, Vape, and Cigarette use is fine OUTSIDE. I will add you to renters insurance (Farmers) at no additional cost. I plan to provide a small TV, floor lamp, curtains, and some artwork over time. The listed price does not include Utilities. Utilities may be up to one hundred dollars give or take depending on the month of the year, water usage, electricity usage, etc. You will be provided an apartment key, pool key, & any other keys needed to utilize the amenities. I will allow dogs and cats as long as they are potty trained and you pay any and all fees associated with adding the animal to the lease, and making repairs to any damage should any arise.
