Looking for housing/roommates!

Hi! My name is Ruby. I’m years old and I’m about to graduate from the University of Oregon. I’m originally from Madison, WI, but I’m starting a remote digital marketing job in August, so I can pretty much live where ever I want! I will be working full-time from home, but I would like to live with women around my age, regardless if they’re students or young professionals. I’m moving to Santa Cruz to live closer to my boyfriend who is currently enrolled at UCSC and because I’ve always dreamed of living near the beach. I’m looking to find a lease that starts August 1st. As a roommate, I always clean up after myself, I enjoy open communication, and I’m a believer in a weekly rotating chore schedule being a great way to hold everyone responsible for maintaining a clean space. I’m not loud and probably won’t be having people over much because I know very little people in Santa Cruz. I’m very respecting of not having my boyfriend be at the home too often as well. I would love to be friends with my roommates, but I can also handle coexisting in a space with someone respectfully.
