Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a 58-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Austin. My budget is $700 and I would like to move immediately.

I’m looking for a room to rent in preferably North Austin. I prefer a female roommate but I’m open to male roommate. I have 2 dogs one is female and the other is male both are % boxers one and the other is 8 . They run on the smaller side of the spectrum lbs. friendly and well behaved. Back yard would be nice but not necessary if you’re in an apartment. Would like to be in a one story house or bottom floor apartment. I’m in my ’s so my night life is pretty non existent. I don’t have plans to entertain myself I am quite low key and I am clean and organized. I’m respectful of other’s privacy and respect your boundaries.
