Looking for a roommate for the next year! My roommate is leaving at the end of May and I don't feel like moving again. Apartment is on the east side just next to Boise State campus and downtown, perfect for a student or young professional!

I am M, work full-time (weekdays pm) extraverted and respectful of space, and like to keep things clean without going too overboard lol

Photos are layout accurate, but space is decorated differently. Happy to tour.

Open room has a half bath, with the shared bathroom having the shower.

🐈‍⬛One cat in the home, (indoor only) he's extremely sweet and I keep his space clean.

Laundry is shared, but free. Dishwasher. Central heating and cooling. In-ground pool at the complex is great for the summer. Indoor gym.

Good candidates are:
- sociable but respectful of space/noise (though the building has pretty good insulation)
- aged
- LGBT friendly
- okay with a cat
- relatively clean
- able to meet rent consistently.
