Encore at Sam Houston room sublease

Current lease ending in July and have renewed for which that lease extends from August-July I’ve decided to move out as I’ve found and internship opportunity out of Huntsville and will no longer be living at encore please let me know if your interested.
(Lease will have to be signed over in front of the apartment managers in person to hand over keys all responsibilities to pay the monthly rent will be in the hands of the individual taking over the lease)
