Spacious apt right on Lake Merrit

I’m looking for a new roommate to fill the other room in my BR apartment right on (I mean right on) Lake Merrit, Cleveland Heights!

-$ + wifi & PGE (typically totalling $) a month
-Move-in beginning of June
-Amazing location (bus stop to bart right in front of apt)
-Huge living room
-Lots of natural light
-Adorable breakfast nook
-Spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet
-Very high ceilings
-Laundry room in the lobby
-There is a parking garage but all the spaces are currently filled, there’s street parking in neighborhoods behind the building
-Quiet & clean space
-Potentially pet friendly!

I’m a woman and work in pet care, I travel somewhat often and keep pretty busy, so I spend a decent amount of time outside of the house! I have guests over occasionally, but this not a party apartment. I spend my free time making art, playing video games, skating, or hanging out with my friends. I’m looking for a clean, open-minded, and communicative roommate! I typically work standard work hours outside the house. The apartment has heater, but no air con, however it stays pretty cool with the breeze from the lake.
I also would love to make the second extension of the living room into a shared art space and/or a nice space for lounging! I’ve been in this place for two years and absolutely love it, it’s beautiful and has been a steal in my opinion in terms of location, ambience, and comfort. Also the property manager and maintenance is very responsive, and they have cleaners that clean the lobby regularly.
