I'm looking for a responsible person to sublet my apartment while I am away for a few months , I have a friend helping me with showing if I'm not around when you need. I have been with this apartment for 7 uears now and I’m looking to find someone who will take great care of it. I have a good relationship with the company that works with the landlord to rent to a non-smoking person. The unit will be furnished with household basics, some decor and few extra items. You got laundry and drier inside the apsrtment. There is no parking available on the property, but street parking permits can be purchases from the city, easy to park.

Neighbourhood - The space is located just west of Dufferin and south of King. Steps away from Streetcar and Bus. Just a minute walk to Lakeshore trails, Liberty Village, West Queen West and Roncesvalles. Lots of great local coffee, shops and restaurants nearby. No Frills, Longo’s and Shoppers just a minute walk away.
