I’m middle-aged, wk FT (remote), and I have a 4 yr old GSD & 9 yr old kitty. I am a Christian, so I do not party, smoke, or use drugs and would like to maintain that same environment. I have an unfurnished bedroom for rent w/avg sz closet, 2 windows w/blinds, ceiling fan, & 4 elect outlets. Bathrm & rest of apt space shared. I have a washer/dryer, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, stove, full sz fridge/freezer, toaster, indoor Ninja grill, & living rm TV for use. It’s an upstairs apartment in an ideal location, safe area, & central to all conveniences. Great walking/jogging/biking area. Walking distance to TMH; less than 4 mi to FSU/FAMU/Tom Brown Park. Large back shady deck; Small sunny front porch w/table & chairs. Complex is quiet, and everyone minds their business. Plenty of unassigned parking. Currently using spare bdrm as ofc (desk/dog kennel rm pics), but will be cleared out for roomie (1-single person). Rent includes: water/sewer/electric/internet/Netflix. No kids/pets/parties/smokers/drug use/heavy alcohol use. Must have own transportation, be employed, and make at least 3x rent amount. Will ask to see most recent mo pay stubs & Credit Karma. Must be: responsible, respectful, trustworthy, mature, quiet, chill, and clean. I am a Christian, so I would prefer the same. Must love animals & not be allergic. Rent would only increase if utilities and/or rent does. Mailbox/dumpster on property. Mailbox key will be shared. You are welcome to use the kitchen stuff, but you must buy your own groceries. Must purchase your own laundry/cleaning/hygiene supplies and towels/wash rags. We can take turns purchasing TP/paper towels. Rent is due by 1st of mo.
