* Unit can be left unfurnished or we can come to an agreement for some of the furniture like couch/bed/desk etc

* There is a garage in the building, but also a lot of street parking nearby
* Apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is accessible elevator, trash room on the first floor
* Beautiful modern kitchen with a large sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher
* There is a very cute mini grocery store in the first floor of the building, but there is also Star Market and StopShop within mins of walking
