We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 6-bedroom home, currently shared by two girls and three guys, all working professionals in our mid-s. We’re a fun, easygoing crew who enjoy hanging out, watching or playing all kinds of sports, and keeping our space tidy and respectful.

The room is spacious with good natural light, and the house has plenty of shared living space—including a comfy living room, dining room, flex space and a fully equipped kitchen. We all chip in to keep things clean and organized, and we value having a home that feels relaxed but responsible.

The available room is located on the top floor, which also has three other bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The main floor features all the common living areas, along with a half bath. The basement is not a common space, but you’ll have access to the laundry area down there once a week.

We are located right near tillicum mall ( minute walk), Camosun College interurban campus, the galloping goose trail and both highway are very easily accessible. Bus stop directly out front of the complex going both ways (2 min walk from front door)

There is a community pool available in the summer months as well!

No pets as we already have one cat in the house who is very friendly and gets along with all people who come in the house!
