Spacious B place in Hillsboro

Hi all😄 I'm looking for a female roommate to fill the other room at B place in Hillsboro/Green Hills by beginning of June as my current roommate is leaving. Preferably one year lease but flexible! It has a pretty spacious common space (two patios). You will have your own bathroom and a pretty spacious walk-in closet. It's right by the interstate so mins to anywhere in Nashville and there is a bus stop right next to it to midtown/downtown as well. It's a really safe neighborhood where you can take a lil walk at night too!
Rent is $ per person +utilities.
Landlord doesn't allow pets unfortunately and no smoking:(
Little bit about myself- I am in my early s and work remotely in a renewable company 🌎(Work from home half of the time and co-working space the other half). Outside of work, I love playing sports or going to Bible study or social events during the week and church on Sundays! I'm pretty clean, respectful and as quoted by my old roommates "easy to live with".
