Comes with a hot stove, fridge, microwave and toaster oven in a raised basement complete with a small outdoor space in the side yard and free parking on the street.

The kitchen table is a sit up bar with a gorgeous live edge countertop.

The bathroom has a glass surrounded rain shower and modern mirror with modern lighting.

We also have a large washing machine and dryer that is exclusively for your suite.

The main floor of the house is also rented out through Airbnb. Although the 2 spaces are entirely separate with their own entrances and no shared spaces whatsoever, there may be sounds carried from one space to the other. For this reason, we ask you to observe the quiet times faithfully.

A smart tv is available for your use with access to log in to your personal streaming services but no cable is provided.
