Offering a room and bathroom

Available immediately. The rent is split between the two of us plus utilities that varies month to month. Washer and dryer is in unit. Pool and gym is available at leasing office. I have a dog and a cat so pet lover is preffered. I would like a clean roommate and I'd prefer to be friends with whoever I live with. I work mostly evenings and tend to stay up late when I get home. I love art and books and basically anything with crafts.
