Room for Sublease and

Hello everyone,

We are looking for people to take over a room in our apartment for the summer, and if wanted for the leasing year (Summer June 1st - August th, and August - August th )! We are trying to fill the upstairs bedroom, size of room being ft. The rent for this room is $ regularly but for the Summer I am willing to drop it to $ if move-in is done by June ,amenities and utilities included. Fees and additional payments (deposit, PGE, and Wifi) will be discussed. Room and house tour available.

The Apartment is located in North Davis (Temescal Apartments) and is within walking distance of The Market Place (which includes Safeway, Panda Express, CVS
, and other restaurants/stores) and the J line - G line bus lines. We are also about a quick min bike ride from the UC Davis Campus. Additional amenities provided by the apartment complex, include a pool and hot tub, laundry rooms, a clubhouse, study space, and an indoor gym.

Pets, smoking, and alcohol will be decided with the rest of the occupants.
