I recently moved to Indianapolis. I have a room open for $ (utilities included, Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, etc.). The room has a walk-in closet. The living room and kitchen are furnished. I recently moved from Lexington, KY. Some hobbies include tennis, pickleball, gaming, etc. The place is kept very clean and tidy.

I need a tenant who can hopefully be a friend too lol...

Benefits:
-I'm working on converting half the garage to a gym ( currently have a bench and pullup station)
-Car help ( I do my oil changes, and some maintenance)
-We like cooking
