I currently have a room I’m looking to rent out at a townhouse on Mulberry within walking distance to UNT and the farmers market and the square, you would have your own bathroom and there’s in unit laundry, patio, and a dishwasher. I’m and LGBTQ friendly. I have a poodle that is very well behaved. I’m very clean and considerate and would love to get to know my roommate as a friend. My current roommate is moving out and the lease will be up for renewal July 1st, I would like to stay here and resign with a new roommate.
