Hi everyone,

My name is Nick Vanderwood, I'm years old. I'm contacting today because I'm looking for someone to fill this spot at my current living situation as soon as next week.

The location is a bathroom house located in the Westside neighborhood of Rancho Park. The home is in an extremely safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the I- freeways, as well as being within close walking distance of a bike trail and the Westwood/Rancho Park metro stop.

You would be living with three roommates from Utica NY, two of which are Syracuse Alumni themselves (Class of and Class of )!

The room is available for either short term/sublease options, or a one year lease. If you know someone who is looking to move to Los Angeles in the far future or later this year, feel free to keep this location in mind. We may fill the spot with a temporary subleaser first, and then will be looking for someone who may be interested in living here long term for at least a year.
