I’m looking for a new roommate for my bright and breezy Culver City apartment

We are located in a family-oriented neighborhood, walking distance from the Ballona Creek bike path which can take you to downtown Culver City or Marina Del Rey via bike in a few minutes

We're also right next door to highway

ABOUT THE APARTMENT We are on the top floor of a two story building (ba). Our property is surrounded by fruit trees and street parking is very easy one block over. Laundry on- and large laundromat down the street.

ABOUT THE ROOM Medium sized room. You'll share a bathroom with me. I keep it clean. Room is furnished, so perfect if you want to stay short term (6m minimum). If you commit to longer, I can remove furniture or sell it to you if you need it.

ABOUT ME. I’m a female something with gainful employment. I work from home and I’m respectful of your personal space, work schedule, and keeping up with assigned chores in a timely fashion.

ABOUT YOU -Organized with your bills (i.e. employed) -Work outside the home -Generally respectful of personal space -no smoking or pets

- Rent is $ per month (+ $ security deposit), excluding bills which are about ~$/m
