There is a large closet in your bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. First floor no step entry. Bedrooms are carpeted wood look vinyl throughout rest of apartment.

Absolutely no drugs and only moderate drinkers. I would prefer a non smoker. Smoking is allowed on the patio
