Furnished Room in Santa Monica

Hey! Thanks for checking out my post. We are currently looking for a third roommate in our three bedroom apartment. The room is furnished with a bed and some table stands, and is ready for immediate move-in. The two roommates that you would be living with each have their own rooms and are a professional actor and professional engineer
. We do like to get together for a drink at a nearby bar from time to time, or for a monthly game night, where we have a couple of friends over for food and fun, but otherwise we mostly keep to ourselves and are incredibly respectful of each other. Our place is in Midtown, Santa Monica, near the UCLA hospital. The room for rent is a nice size with plenty of light and a giant closet space. Brand new carpet throughout the entire apartment was installed a year ago. The full bathroom would be shared with one other Roommate (me). The apartment has a spacious, shared kitchen and living room area. Outside is a beautiful courtyard and community Sun deck. There’s also a gym on the premises that you can use for an extra fee each month, but there is no obligation to do this. The beach is just a mile away and buses to SMC, UCLA, downtown LA run just one block away. Grocery store within two blocks. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are less than a mile away. There’s also a target three blocks away, and we are less than a mile from the third Street promenade. Laundry is on premises, and it uses an app instead of coins, and the neighbors in the building are friendly and welcoming. The room includes a parking pass for street parking, and the entire street is permit only so there is almost always an available spot for those that have a pass. The room is available immediately. The lease is month-to-month, but our ideal roommate would be looking for more of a long-term stay. A refundable security deposit equal to one month rent would also be required for move-in. I have a husky, but we can’t allow other pets at this time. Thanks for reading!
