Looking for a year term lease tenant for my spare bedroom and bathroom with the option to renew after a year. Willing to discuss shorter lease terms. The bedroom comes with its own bathroom. I am currently the only person living in the house. There is a third half bath on the first floor that can be used as well, of course. This bedroom has a full size bed as pictured that can be removed or you’re welcome to use it if needed. Just feel free to let me know in advance so I can make sure it is removed before your move in.

About the house - the house is 3 bedrooms, and three bath. HOA plows the driveway when it snows more than half an inch and they are really good with keeping up with it the very next morning for winter time. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent price. There is a washer & dryer room on the car garage so you can park in the garage. I also have a fenced backyard if you have pets. I would just want to make sure our pets get along before the move in. The house is fully furnished in the common area for all cooking supplies and a living room set up. The house has a simplisafe security system that you can add on your phone that views the porch, the door bell, and the backyard. Our HOA club house has a pool for the summer time as well.

The security deposit is the first month of rent to pay before moving in.
