Appt we toured was beautiful, granet countertop, stainless steel appliances, washer /dryer, FULLY FURNISHED!

Also they do require a co signer BUT if the co signer gets denied they have this awesome option to opt into for the Complex to be the co-signer (coapplicant) for $/month.

Right now it is a empty apartment and no matter what, You're monthly cost does not go up of someone moves out in the future. They have not made roommate assignments yet so no one knows who their sharing the apt with unless you bring more students to fill this 4 bedroom apartment yourself.
