Hi! looking for a roommate to takeover my leave at this chill and cozy ish sq ft apartment located near Venice beach. This is the perfect spot for someone who enjoys a quiet neighborhood with easy access to nightlife, shops, and the ocean!

About the Apartment:

- Shared Spaces: Includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a comfortable living room, and plenty of natural light throughout.
- Amenities: Washer/dryer in-unit, hardwood floors, assigned garage parking spot, garage storage space, a gym, pool, and a Luxor package system for deliveries.
- Furnishings: Partially furnished living room, with room for your own items + empty bedroom
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, though the leasing office has restrictions on certain dog breeds.

Looking for a person to replace me ASAP at this apartment as I am moving out on May th but can work with you on the timeline. My roommate is a guy and my friend from years. Super chill, works from home, and will definitely have an opinion on who moves in here
