GM seeking share arrangement

Mature, clean, quiet, non-smoker, no drugs, respectful of people and their space. I have no preference as to gender, but I am specifically looking for a share situation with someone who already has a place. I do not want to live in a party atmosphere. Private bath would be nice, but not a requirement. I am currently a temporary pseudo caregiver for the mom of a close friend in South Florida who has pulmonary fibrosis and COPD. My friend, whom I have known since , will be moving in when I leave. For the two years prior, I divided my time between Palm Springs and London. I was a house sitter for a gay couple in PS who spent their summers in Bend, Oregon. I cared for their home and cars when they were in Bend; I was in London when they returned for the season. I can provide a reference letter from the woman I currently stay with and contact information for the couple I did house sitting for.Interests are music, film, commercial aviation, classic cars, travel, home improvement. My former career was a transactional legal assistant; I am currently retired receiving social security. I am looking for employment, but because I am not yet residing in the Palm Springs area it has been incredibly difficult. Thus, I WILL be unemployed when I move in, but will be actively looking for work.
