Looking for a woman roomie!
Moving into a 4Br home in Garden grove June 1st. We usually pitch in and split house hold item, and split the utilities evenly. We do have light unassigned house chores that need to be done monthly in order to keep a clean space! The home is still being occupied , so currently don’t have any photos but the rent would be not including utilities. The home is solar powered and we want someone long term (1 year )
You’ll be living with My bf (Samuel ) & I (Amber)
Phuong & her two ESA dogs (Kuma & Aiko) & Sam (also Samuel but prefers Sam btw he’s gay ) .

We do occasionally throw house parties, and you would be able to as well as long as you communicate w/ us! Guests are allowed with a heads up.
* because we already do have two dogs living with us, no more pets allowed!
* we do want someone clean and responsible n, do not let your dishes pile up, try to wash by the end of day.
* payment would be made by Venmo , so it would need to be given a few days before to avoid instant fee, or if it is sent too late you’d need to pay the instant fee.
there will be a contract made to ensure all parties at held responsible!!
