About the Living Arrangement:

Seeking a kind, grounded female to share a peaceful home in exchange for discounted rent. The space is ideal for someone who works as a nanny, caregiver, or evening nurse—or anyone naturally clean, considerate, and calm at home.

This is technically a live-in care setup, but the “care” is extremely minimal. There are no medical tasks or errands involved. What I need most is someone who’s naturally mindful in shared spaces—keeping scents light, cleaning up after cooking, and being aware of noise and hygiene.

I live with a disability which makes me especially sensitive to sounds and smells.

Starting in January , I may need occasional help with my senior dog’s potty breaks. This would be a very minor addition to the arrangement and can be discussed closer to that time.

Rent is reduced in exchange for this supportive and respectful home dynamic. I have a sweet senior dog and value peace, emotional calm, and cleanliness. It’s a great setup for someone who values privacy, structure, and a drama-free home.
