Heyy guys! I am searching for a roommate in a bathroom condo in a gated community, the Mosaic Millenia complex. The condo is on the second floor with a gorgeous sunrise view. We also We have hardwood floor with no carpet which makes cleaning so much easier! The rent included water, electricity, and wifi. We also have a reserved parking spot, garage, and storage room included. The complex has a gym, pool, tennis court, and beach volleyball court. We are minutes from Downtown Orlando and I-Drive/Universal. It's a fantastic location and we have all the major stores and gas stations 2 minutes from the Condo (Costco, Bjs, Ross, Target, Publix, Wawa, etc.).
