Description

1 bedroom to rent with shared hall bathroom. Female tenant only, please. Walkthroughs and visits are available, both in-person and by video call.

Twelve-month lease preferred, available for move-in immediately.
The available bedroom has a standard small closet with a sliding door: bedroom space shown in first few photos, followed by the shared bathroom. All other photos feature the full house.
Bedroom also features luxury vinyl wood panel flooring, remote-controlled ceiling fan, recently replaced double-pane windows, and Closetmaid adjustable shelving tracks in the closet. A variety of wire shelves are available for personalized arrangement (with assistance provided to set up and secure them).
Two free desks and study space are available downstairs.

The home is located in the Beacon Hill/ Summerhill complex in Casselberry, just off Red Bug Lake Road: A two-and-a-half bath townhouse with a fully furnished kitchen and common spaces. It's student-friendly, shared with one female UCF graduate student (owner) and another female esthetician student, and located twenty- minutes from the UCF main campus.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, though we have none currently.

Free parking is available in the communal lot at the center of the complex. Utilities (water, electricity, wi-fi) can either be shared monthly or included in the base rent for an additional hundred dollars per month.
First month's rent and security deposit are required at signing.
