Looking to lease a room to ideally a student, but am willing to consider other professionals. My home is a 7 minute drive from The College of New Jersey, and a 9 minute drive from the Mercer County Community College. There is also a bus stop at either end of the street, but if you have a vehicle, there is plenty of street parking available here on Rosedale Avenue.
You will have your own room that is partially furnished, and will be sharing a full bathroom with my younger brother who rents a room here as well. Myself (Mechanical Engineer, office M-F) and my girl friend (optometrist technician/student) live on the first floor of the house. The spacious back yard has a deck to hang out on, and pool to swim in. If things go well I wouldn’t mind letting a renter
