Large Room in Furnished Housee

Description

This two floors, bathrooms single house is just one block away from the Revere Beach. The room is available as my roommate is moving for work. It is only $ including utilities. The house and kitchen are fully furnished, but the room is unfurnished. It is close to Wonderland Train station that goes straight to Downtown Boston. You can switch any train line from there. The location is great. You can also get to Logan Airport, Chelsea, Melrose, Malden, Everett, and Winthrop in less than min. There are plenty of bars and restaurants that definitely a fun place during summer if you love beach.

Short and long terms are okay but long term preferable. It is month to month contract. I am looking for someone who is responsible, clean, quiet and respectful. My roommate and I are both professionals that are mostly busy with work.
