Looking for a pet friendly home

Hi, I'm Tina and I'm both a student and a professional. I am moving from L.A. by the end of the month and I'm not just looking for a room but I'm also looking for a community. I love to cook, explore, and watch TV. I'm very chill and so is my senior sixteen year old Chiwinnie, Peggy Bundy. She's very calm and sleeps all day. She's used to cats and practically behaves like one. She's shy and scared around other dogs but once she's around them, she just keeps her distance. I've lived at my current place for 4 years and have 5 years experience living with many types of personalities. I'm very clean and so is Peggy as she is has monthly groomer appointments. I'd be glad to provide references from any of my past and current housemates.
