Hi! My name is Kaitlynn and I am looking for a roommate to move into a with me in the Winter Park area. Lease begins July th and goes for a year; must be able to commit for whole year. Female roommate preferred. I have a cat and don’t mind if you have a cat but no dogs. No smokers, couples, or kids please. I have furniture for all the common areas so you would only need furniture for your room. All bills will be equally split. Utilities cost varies month to month.
