It's just a walking distance to popular eateries, major bus stops, the hospital, and Metro's Mariachi Plaza station. The house has wood floors throughout and tile in both the bathrooms and the kitchen. The house is equipped with a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large living and dining room. The home has central air. It has a very large front porch and a large backyard with excellent views of Downtown Los Angeles. First and last month deposit. Application fee is $ per adult.
