Looking for roommate

Hello looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. I have recently met a puppy I want to keep and one of my roommates is allergic so we have to move. There are 9 months left on the lease. I live in a beautiful apartment in Brickell, with private bathroom. My roommates are both year old guys originally from Boston. They are super nice, never really have anyone over. The apartment is always clean and they are both professionals and work . We are on the penthouse unit and it’s very nice. Room will not be furnished.
