Roommate/ Roommates wanted!

Looking for roommates for either a June 1st or July 1st move in in West Chester, PA! Rent would be $/ per person. Amenities include street and permit parking, washer/dryer in unit, Large fenced in backyard, walking distant to all restaurants (however on the quieter side of town away from the college!).

Little about me. I’m an early ’s working professional that occasionally works from home. I work at Drexel University. I commute 3 days a week. My hobbies include weightlifting, cooking, hiking, skiing, and traveling. When on my breaks or holidays from school I usually like to take trips and travel around the country.

Currently living with 3 other individuals who I’ve met through this . 1 woman and 2 men and we get along well. 2 of our male roommates is moving out and we would like to find someone to take on their share of the rent.
