I'm looking for a roommate to sign a year lease with me on a bath home in Shorewood on June 1st or sooner. Cross roads are Shorewood Blvd and Maryland Ave. bath. Total rent is $/month which we'll split. This is a 3 bed, however I'm looking for 1 roommate only. We can figure out how to divvy up the extra space.
Your portion = $/month + half of utilities

Highlights:
The landlords are super chill - I know them personally. They fix stuff when it's broken, and respect their tenants and properties.
In unit laundry and dishwasher (upgrade for me!!!)
Upstairs outside patio
Spacious lounge area out back on first floor
Kitchen Pantry
Ample storage with basement and attic
A bit about me:
I'm , grew up in Naperville IL, and have lived in Milwaukee since . I went to UWM for computer science.
I hated my degree though, so now I'm a full time mortgage lender
Some of my interests include plants, cooking, reading, guitar, volleyball, and board games.
I have two cats Dax and Yuki. They're very nice...they've never bitten me or anyone I've had over.
I have a type B personality, am generally optimistic and I like to give more than I take.

Ideal roommate:
All genders are welcome, for I am an ally.
Similar age/life phase as me.
You don't have any pets, and are fine with my 2 cats.
You can communicate your living needs and respect mine as well - No bad vibes at home please!
No yelling / aggressive tendencies, because I am conflict averse
You're also looking for a roommate that you'd want to be friends with
