You’ll also be just 6 minutes from the bay, 8 minutes from a large park, minutes from the nearest grocery store, and minutes from the beach—perfect for nature lovers or those who enjoy staying active.

The apartment features a leather couch, full dining room set, and a well-equipped kitchen with stove tops, two ovens, and generous storage space. A dishwasher is also included for convenience. Laundry is tenant-owned but available for your use.

You’ll have access to storage in your bedroom closet as well as a shared coat closet in the living room. Utilities are included (except internet), and parking is usually easy to find in the area. The building is quiet, with respectful neighbors, and I plan to install mini-split AC units soon for added comfort.
