Roommate needed in quirky home!

Description

We have a private room in a bath household available to rent! The house is pre-furnished and conveniently located in the middle of the Hollywood district. It’s a short walk away from 3 different grocery stores (including Trader Joe's), restaurants, food carts, and bars. Perfect location if you take public transportation, as Max lines green, red, and blue, along with bus lines , and are all within walking distance. If you do have a car, we have a private driveway and garage, so you don’t have to worry about street parking.

We have a washer and dryer, as well as A/C.

The room is ’ and adjoins both the bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. There are windows with plenty of natural lighting, looking out to the backyard and garden space.

There are currently two people living here. Both are nonbinary, one y/o and the other y/o. We're hoping to find someone reliable, communicative, queer friendly, and friendly but are open as long as it’s a good fit
