Roommate for Trailside Gardens

Hello, I really need to find a roommate to split the rent with me at Trailside Gardens at Alafaya in Oviedo. I really like the apartment and complex and would love to save the hassle of moving all over again. The lease ends , so can move in after that and after being approved by the apartment complex. Rent with fees is about $ typical. Light and internet are paid separately. The apartment is conveniently on the first floor and super close to UCF, Oviedo Mall and Waterfront are both about drive. min away and Downtown about ish, Disney is min away depending on traffic. Would love to find someone with a stable job, and with some shared interests. Pets are allowed but there is a $ pet fee initially and then $/monthly added.
