With my rent being raised come August, I am possibly looking for a roommate. All bills would be split . Rent will be a total of $ so you would pay $. Internet runs at $ so you’d pay $. Electric varies but I’ve never paid over $ before. Roughly you would be (usually) no more than $ a month. You would have to buy your own food. We would share the kitchen obviously. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. If you have a pet the apartment complex does require a $ pet fee
