Upper floor apartment

Move in date would be June th
I'm looking for roommates to move in next month (rent is -ish with 2), my roommate and his daughter will be nothing out at the end of the lease and I would like to stay, apartment has central AC, a nice neighborhood, a nice outdoor yard space, gender doesn't really matter, I get along better with people around my age and I bit into the nerdier side of life, I have dysthymia so for the most part I tend to keep to myself, apartment is a no smoking area, there's a nice outdoor space in the backyard, there is a pet policy, pets need to be cleared by the landlord and there's a $ fee per month, utilities is split with the apartment below us, i get up at 3am to work and generally in bed by pm, I don't smoke and I don't drink at home, sometimes I'll go out to a bar nearby but that's maybe once ever couple weeks
