3rd ROOMIE NEEDED
hi! Jordain and Rachel here👋🏼 we are currently looking for a new 3rd roomie to join us- move in IMMEDIATELY!

About us:
we are in our upper ’s and both moved here in march and are new to the area- me from St. Louis and Rachel from Nashville. I have a dog named Tito and Rachel has two cats named Bo and Zeppelin. (no other animals please).

We love to explore the area, spend our days off at the beach, go find new places to have some dinner and cocktails, or hit up Central for a fun night! always down to chill out inside or outside- find some trivia nights, sip on some wine, local farmers markets, people watching downtown, or watch some movies.

Looking for a like minded individual who would like to join us! open to female or males looking around the ages !

about the house:
it’s located in the Disston Heights area- about mins from Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach AND about mins from Downtown St. Petersburg!

it’s a cute family house in a safe neighborhood. we have a fenced in backyard with patio furniture and a hot tub. the house is fully furnished.

You would be getting a “studio” portion of the house meaning you have your own lofted bed, mini living room, and personal bathroom with access to the other main parts of the house.
$ a month. wifi/water/sewer/trash all INCLUDED!

Electricity would be split between the 3 of us. the lease would end September 1st with us with the option of all of us renewing another 6 months until march if desired!
