I am looking for a female roommate who is respectful, doesn’t smoke, and doesn’t have pets. I have a bedroom in mission valley starting in June, charging $ for EVERYTHING: rent, your own bedroom and private bathroom, a parking spot, utilities, water, trash, in house laundry, community pool and jacuzzi nearby, and cable.
