Looking for quiet roommates for 3 rooms the two smaller rooms and the larger room that will be available at the end of may this will include all utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and gas. Will have washer and dryer in home. HOA prefers guessed not over after pm. I am a quiet person who usually works for a long time anywhere between hours to the full day and I stream on the side I am looking for people who are also quiet and are looking in to a yearly lease. Me and landlord decides who stays on lease yearly rental application will be done by him i can sway the yes or no also no move in deposit
