We’re renting out an unfurnished room in our 3-bedroom home located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, available May .

We’re looking for someone in their late s to early s to join our space. You'll be living with two down-to-earth guys — a -year-old Latino and a -year-old Black man — both working professionals who value a peaceful, respectful home.

We’re prioritizing BIPOC and LGBTQ+ applicants to help maintain a safe, intentional, and inclusive environment for everyone.

The Vibe: We keep things clean, respectful, and low-key. Not a party house, but we’re cool with occasional hangs / events and good people. We're looking for someone who’s mindful, kind, and values open communication and shared respect.
