Looking for a roommate for month-month basis starting 1st June for a room in bath Basement Suite located in Kitsilano area close to UBC. The room is fully furnished and the entire suite as well. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the pots/pans, dishes etc. required. You just need to take care of your own groceries, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The rent is $/month including all utilities $ deposit to hold the room. The suite has a full access to big backyard. Parking is available on street if needed. Safe neighbourhood/school area. No pet/no smoking allowed no parties. This bedroom is for single occupancy only so NO couples please. 8 mins drive to UBC so perfect for university students, Bus stop right outside the house.

Ideal roommate will be who has experience sharing with roommates, is highly responsible and maintains high standards of cleanliness specially in the common areas, cleans up after themselves, quiet & trustworthy follows all the house rules. About Me: I work as a Manager in Hotels hence so picky about the cleanliness and mostly working. I am very quiet and respect other peoples’ privacy and expect the same. I would appreciate somebody with the same hygiene standards especially with the shared areas and be respectful towards me and the house.
