Description

This is an all private full bath, with full private kitchen and an independent entrance that’s furnished and part of our house. We’re seeking a female roommate to live in this quiet oasis on the north side of Orlando boasting a rural feel but within minutes of shopping, entertainment and major roads including I- and Edgewater Drive.
This is a lush, wooded setting nestled on three acres among a few houses all owned by us, a quiet older couple. Our dead-end private lane means no traffic noise.
This serene upstairs space offers your own climate control and a private spacious screened patio overlooking woods with a lake in the background. The area is divided into a bedroom/living space, a second room contains a large kitchen with table and chairs, and a hallway leads to your full bathroom with tub/shower all within your own private space.
It's light and bright with windows overlooking towering oaks and fruit trees and we've provided blackout blinds. Covered parking is steps from your entryway and laundry shared with us in a downstairs alcove accessed from outside at your convenience. Plus, outdoors you can enjoy a ground-level seating area where you can soak up the Florida sun, smell the sweet gardenias and jasmine or move to shade in a lounge chair. Gardener? We have areas for that.
The home is equipped with a full-sized bed, two dressers, roomy mirrored closet, La-Z-Boy recliner, two ceiling fans, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave/toaster oven/air fryer, and two new heavily insulated windows opening from top or bottom for excellent air flow/sound reduction.
Included is internet, water, power, trash, yard care. We’re non-smokers and have no pets except chickens meaning you'll get some fresh eggs when the pampered hens decide they want to provide them. Love animals? You're welcome to join our flock and enjoy their company.
