The available room is off of the kitchen. There is a door to the bathroom as well. Desk, dresser, lots of hangers and the black shelf can stay if wanted.

Located in the York neighborhood, a couple blocks from Grocery Outlet, Nelson's Market and a bus stop that runs to campus. About a minute walk to north campus or less than a 5 minute bus ride.

In unit washer and dryer, yardwork managed by landlord. Free parking out back for up to cars. Street parking is also usually always available. Calm quiet neighborhood with a mix of families and college students.

Hammer Property. Would need to meet Hammer qualifications to sign the lease.
