Looking for long-term home, Oakland

Hi everyone! I’m looking for an apartment to rent in Oakland for 1+ years starting July 1st. I’m looking to stay somewhere close to public transport, if possible. I’m a recent grad and would prefer to live with women (preferably POC) who are also young professionals / recent grads. My budget is $/month or less.
